CANCELLATION CLAUSE

- This booking is Non – Refundable.

Failure to arrive at the hotel/ property will be considered as No – Show and no refund will be given.

  • Cancellation received within 29 days prior to arrival date will incur 100% of the total room charge

  • Cancellation received within 30-45 days prior to arrival date will incur 50% of the total room charge

  • Modification is free if received within 14 days prior to arrival but subject to room availability

  • Modification received 7 days prior to arrival date will incur one (1) night charge per room booked and is also subject to room availability

  • Failure to arrive at the resort will be treated as no-show and no refund will be given

CONFIDENTIALITY

  • All rates quoted in this contract are confidential and may not be published in print or electronic media without the written permission of the Hotel. This contract may not be assigned in part or full to third parties or tour programmed other than, those specified within.

FORCE MAJEURE


The Pinnacle Resort & Villas shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statuses of the Philippine Government, strikes, riots, and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the Pinnacle Resort & Villas.
